粘贴预应力碳纤维复合板环氧结构胶的制备与性能研究

         

摘要

粘贴预应力碳纤维复合板加固用的结构胶对力学强度要求较高,优选原材料及配合比,研究了复合稀释剂、复合固化剂、增强填料和增韧剂用量对环氧结构胶性能的影响,制备了高强环氧结构胶.测试结果表明,制备的结构胶施胶层厚度为3 mm时不淌胶,抗拉强度为44 MPa,抗弯强度为52 MPa(且呈非碎裂破坏状态),抗压强度为88 MPa,拉伸抗剪强度为18 MPa,正拉粘结强度4.8 MPa(且为混凝土内聚破坏),符合GB 50728—2011《工程结构加固材料安全性鉴定技术规范》中粘贴碳纤维板用Ⅲ类结构胶的标准要求.%The requirements of mechanical properties of the structural adhesive for pre-stressed carbon fiber reinforced plastic composites affixing are higher than normally used structural adhesives. Raw materials and mix ratio were optimized to prepare epoxy structural adhesive for pre-stressed carbon fiber reinforced plastic composites affixing. Effect of the dosage of compound diluents, curing agents,strengthening fillers and toughening agents on the properties of the epoxy structural adhesive was discussed. Results showed that the prepared structural adhesive possesses good thixotropy,no sagging phenomenon appeared when the adhesive layer is 3 mm in thickness,the tensile strength is 44 MPa,the bending strength is 52 MPa with non-brittle fracture,the compression strength is 88 MPa,the bonding shear strength is 18 MPa,and the bonding strength to concrete is 4.8 MPa with concrete cohesion failure.The prepared epoxy structural adhesive completely meets the requirements of properties of the structural adhesive for carbon fiber reinforced plastic composites affixing(type Ⅲ)specified in standard GB 50728—2011 "Technical code for safety appraisal of engineering structural strengthening materials".
