With the rapid development of social production and lifestyle, people's demand for office environment and office efficiency is higher than before. Therefore, the design idea of office building needs to be updated. This article makes an in-depth study on self-occupied office building, and investigates smart space that is from the inside out, reasonable and efficient, and innovation oriented from the perspective of function, work unit, facility management. Based on multi-level analysis, it puts forward that design should based on people-oriented and innovation-preferred values. Whilst considering high office efficiency, the design should also reflects the humanistic care of employees, in accordance with changes of lifestyle, so as to establish business spaces with "family culture".%随着社会生产、生活方式的日新月异,人们对办公环境、办公效率的要求越来越高,因而办公建筑设计思路亟待改变.以企业自用办公楼为重点研究对象,尝试从使用功能、工作单元、设施管理角度出发探究由内而外、合理高效、促进创新的创智空间的设计方法.基于多层次分析,提出设计应秉持以人为本、创新优先的价值观,在兼顾高效率的同时应体现对员工的人本关怀,根据生活方式的变化构建相应的空间,从而打造家文化的企业空间.
