航测技术在油气管道全生命周期建设中的应用

         

摘要

For discussing the advantage of aerophotogrammetry in the whole-life-cycle construction of oil and gas pipeline compared to other geographic data acquisition technology, combined with the actual demand in the whole life cycle construction of oil and gas pipeline, first, the aerophotogrammetry is compared with artificial measurement and satellite remote sensing technology, with its advantages in resolution, real-time currency and data accuracy being proposed. Then, the specific application of aerophotogrammetry is discussed from oil and gas pipeline design, construction and operation. During design, it can be applied to line selection, planning, realignment, earthwork calculation and 3 D modeling, etc. At the construction stage, it can be applied to the investigation of emergency resources, real-time monitoring of construction process, completion data collection, vegetation restoration and establishment of 3D construction site,etc;In the operation phase,it can be used in intelligent inspection and digital emergency command. Finally, it is concluded that the aerophotogrammetry not only meets the technical requirements of design and construction, but also reduces cost and improves the efficiency for pipeline operation and maintenance.%为论述航测技术相比其他地理数据获取手段更适用于油气管道全生命周期建设中,结合油气管道全生命周期建设中的实际需求,并将航测技术与人工测量技术和卫星遥感技术手段进行分析比较,得出航测技术在分辨率、现势性和数据精确性方面更具优势.分别从油气管道设计、施工和运维三个阶段对航测技术的具体应用进行论述,在设计阶段可应用于选定线、规划、改线、土石方计算和构建三维设计模型等,在施工阶段可以应用于应急资源调查、实时监控施工过程、竣工数据采集、植被恢复和构建三维施工现场等,在运维阶段可应用于智能巡检和数字化应急指挥等.航测技术不仅能满足设计和施工的技术需求,可为设计和施工减少冗余工作量,改善设计与施工脱节,同时也可为油气管道运维降本增效.
