SO42-/SnO2-Al2O3固体超强酸催化环戊烯水合制备环戊醇

     

摘要

SO42-/SnO2-Al2O3 solid super acid catalysts were prepared via coprecipitation and deposition, and their acid strength and structure were characterized by XRD, BET, TG-DTA and NH3-TPD. The influences of calcination temperature and Sn/Al molar ratio of the catalysts on their performances for hydration reaction of cyclopentene to cyclopentanol were investigated, and the optimum conditions for preparing SO42-/SnO2-Al2O3 catalyst were determined as Sn/Al molar ratio of 9 and calcination temperature of 500℃.%采用共沉淀-浸渍两步法制备固体酸催化剂SO42-/SnO2-Al2O3.利用XRD,BET,TG-DTA,NH3-TPD等测试方法表征了催化剂的性质及结构,考察了焙烧温度及锡铝物质的量比对催化剂用于环戊烯水合制备环戊醇反应的催化性能的影响.确定出其最佳制备条件:nSn/Al=9,焙烧温度为500℃.
