环戊烯催化水合制备环戊醇的工艺研究

         

摘要

In this paper, strong acid resins were used as the catalyst for preparation of cyclopentanol by direct hydration of cyclopentene. The influences of reaction conditions such as amount of catalyst, reactants ratio, reaction temperature and reaction time were examined and screened out from different resins. The best reaction conditions were as follows:molar ratio of cyclopentene to H2O was 1: 6, mass ratio of phenol to cyclopentone was 1: 1, content of DNW- II was 20 % of the H,O quality, the reactive temperature was 120 'C, the initial pressure was 1.50 MPa, stirring speed was 600 r/rain, reaction time was 4 h. It was the potential for industrial application.%以环戊烯为原料,研究了强酸性树脂催化下直接法水合制备环戊醇的合成工艺.筛选了不同树脂催化剂,考察了催化剂用量、反应物配比、反应温度、反应时间等反应条件对反应的影响,环戊烯水合最佳工艺条件为:环戊烯与水的物质的量比为1:6,苯酚与环戊烯的质量比为1:1,催化剂DNW-Ⅱ用量是H2O质量的20%,反应温度为120℃,初始压力为1.50MPa,搅拌速度为600r/min,反应时间为4h在上述工艺条件下具有工业化应用潜力.
