The microemulsion fuel was prepared by partial transesterification of lard and methanol under the action of surfactant 6501 and NaOH. The reaction mixtures contained the monoglyceride, diglyceride and methyl ester of fatty acid and the unreacted methanol and lard oil. Since the monoglyceride of fatty acid in the products had the effect of emulsification, the reaction mixtures were transparent microemulsions. The combustion test proved that the reaction mixtures was not only easy to ignite, but also hah obvious microburst in the combustion process. The flame was orange and yellow, and there was no black smoke. Thus, the reaction product maybe is an excellent substitute for automobile fuel. This preparation method has two advantages-less surfactant consumption and little glycerol production, and the reaction product is the microemulsion that can be directly used for combustion without separating methanol and glycerol.%研究了在表面活性剂6501及NaOH的作用下,猪油与甲醇发生部分酯交换反应制备微乳燃油.反应混合物中包括脂肪酸甘油单酯、双酯、脂肪酸甲醇酯、甲醇和猪油成分.由于产品中的脂肪酸甘油单酯具有乳化的作用,反应后的混合物为透明状的微乳液.燃烧试验证明反应混合物不仅点燃容易,且燃烧过程中出现明显的微爆现象,火焰呈橙黄色,没有黑烟,即反应产物有可能成为汽车燃油的优良代用品.本研究方法有两个优势:一是体系中外加表面活性剂量大大降低;二是反应中极少有甘油产生,反应产物为微乳液,可直接用于燃烧,无需进行甲醇、甘油的分离.
