AlOOH was prepared by sol-gel method, and it was mixed with methanol synthesis catalyst (C302) to form a bifunctional catalyst for one-step synthesis of dimethyl ether in slurry bed. The optimum mass ratio of the two components was investigated. The catalysts were characterized by XRD, BET, NH3-TPD-MS and H2-TPR. The results showed that the AlOOH prepared by sol-gel method exhibited excellent methanol dehydration activity. Adding AlOOH into C302 catalyst, the crystallinity of Cu species and ZnO decreased and the dispersion improved. After the reaction, the average crystal sizes of Cu0 and ZnO increased and the pore structure of the catalyst remained stable.With the increase of AlOOH, the weak acid strength of the catalyst enhanced and the amount of weak acid increased.When the mass ratio of AlOOH to C302 was of 1:1,the conversion of CO was up to 27.96%and the selectivity of dimethyl ether reached 61.85%.%采用溶胶凝胶法制备AlOOH,将其与甲醇合成催化剂(C302)组成双功能催化剂用于浆态床一步法合成二甲醚反应,探索两者合成二甲醚的最佳质量配比.通过XRD、氮物理吸附、NH3-TPD-MS和H2-TPR等方法对催化剂的结构进行了表征.研究发现溶胶凝胶法制备的AlOOH具有优良的甲醇脱水性能,C302催化剂中添加AlOOH后,Cu物种和ZnO的结晶度降低,分散度增大;反应后Cu0和ZnO平均晶粒粒径增大,催化剂孔结构保持稳定;随着添加AlOOH量的增加,催化剂的弱酸强度有所增强且弱酸量增多.当C302和AlOOH的质量比为1:1时,CO转化率最高达到27.96%,二甲醚选择性最高达到61.85%.
