2009-2011年抗抑郁药物应用分析

摘要

Objective To Analysis the antidepressant application status in our hospital and provide reference for rational use of drugs in clinic. Methods The data was calculated according to the Defined Daily Dose(DDD) index, statistical analyzed the medication costs and medication frequency(DDDs) in ordering in our hospital during 2009-2011. Results In our hospital antidepressant medication cost and DDDs increased every year. Conclusion The antidepressant amount in our hospital was increasing year by year, 5-serotonin reuptake inhibitor medicines(SSRIs) were dominant .New antidepressants such as venlafaxine, duloxetine has a broad application prospects.%　　目的分析医院抗抑郁药的应用状况,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法采用限定日剂量为指标,对医院2009-2011年常用抗抑郁药的数据进行统计分析,对用药金额和用药频度(DDDs)进行排序。结果医院抗抑郁药的用药金额及DDDs均逐年提高。结论医院使用抗抑郁药用量逐年递增,5-羟色胺再摄取抑制药(SSRIs)类占主导地位,文拉法辛、度洛西汀等新型抗抑郁药应用前景广阔。
