急性心肌梗死预后评价指标的研究新进展

摘要

急性心肌梗死是一种严重危害人类健康的疾病，其发病率与死亡率以惊人速度增长。如何利用简便易行的化验检测指标评价急性心肌梗死的预后，检出各种心脏事件的发生高危人群，采取积极有效的临床措施改善预后显得尤为重要。评价急性心肌梗死患者预后指标的研究越来越多，取得了许多新进展。本文针对近年来国内外研究的评价急性心肌梗死预后的新指标进行综述，为临床应用提供新的依据。%　　Acute Myocardial Infarction is a serious disease, its incidence and mortality to amazing speed growth. Use simple laboratory testing indicators indirect evaluation of the prognosis of Acute Myocardial Infarction, assay for high-risk populations with the major adverse cardiac events. It is important for choice effective clinical strategies. There are more and more studies about evaluating prognosis indexs, and there have been many new developments. This article reviewed the new prognosis evaluation index which have been researched in the domestic and foreign recently years. Those indexs can provide a new basis for clinical application.
