脑脊液置换疗法治疗蛛网膜下腔出血50例临床分析

摘要

Objective To investigate the application of replacement of cerebrospinal fluid in treating subarachnoid hemorrhage. Methods Selected 50 cases patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from January 2012 to May 2013, divided them into Control group(conventional treatment) and Experimental group(replacement of cerebrospinal fluid), then compared the efficacy and recovery indicators of two groups. Results The effectiverate of experimental group was higher than that of control groups, compared with the control group, there was remarkable difference in the headache disappear time and consciousness turned clear time in experimental group, the incidence of complications in experimental group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Replacement of cerebrospinal fluid has a significant effects on treating subarachnoid hemorrhage, which was worthy of clinical widely.%　　目的探讨神经外科应用脑脊液置换术治疗蛛网膜下腔出血的临床价值。方法选取2012年1月-2013年5月我院神经外科50例蛛网膜下腔出血患者，按不同治疗方式分为对照组(常规内科治疗)、实验组(常规治疗基础上行外科脑脊液置换术)，比较两组患者疗效及并发症情况。结果置换组治疗有效率明显高于对照组、头痛缓解时间及神志清醒时间较对照组明显缩短(P<0.05)、并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用外科脑脊液置换术治疗蛛网膜下腔出血疗效显著，安全性高，值得临床应用。
