基于交流电机电子模拟器的伺服系统检测技术

         

摘要

为解决伺服系统故障时无法准确判断故障的部位和原因,现场检查、排故困难等问题,设计开发了一种交流永磁伺服电机电子模拟系统,实现了伺服系统在线检测,通过MATLAB仿真以及在伺服系统设定转速500 r/min和1000 r/min下的跟随实验,研究了交流永磁伺服电机电子模拟系统配合驱动控制系统工作的效果。结果表明:电机模拟系统能够模拟交流永磁伺服电机内部结构及负载,收集三相电流,计算伺服系统转速和角度,转速相对误差不超过10%,再现了交流永磁伺服电机及其负载的工作状态,并能模拟出准确转速及位置反馈信号,简单快速地实现了伺服系统的检测检验。%Regarding the problem that when the servo system went wrong, the problem and reason could not be accurately determined, and regarding the difficulties of on-site troubleshooting and check, a kind of AC permanent magnet servo motor electronic simulation system was developed to achieve on-line detec-tion. Through MATLAB simulation and follow-up experiments at set speed of 500 r/min and 1 000 r/min, the effect of simulation system working with a driving control system was studied. Results show that the proposed system can simulate internal structure of AC permanent magnet servo motor and the load to collect three phase currents, can calculate the rotation speed and rotation angle of the servo system with the relative error of calculation speed less than 10%. The proposed system can recreate working condition of the AC permanent magnet servo motor and the load, simulate the accurate speed and position feedback signal, and quickly realize the inspection of the servo system.
