粘结剂制备过程中抽提工艺因素的研究

摘要

系统地研究了抽提的工艺因素，并将工艺因素分为化学、物理、几何因素等几类。研究表明，在各因素中，酸碱比、液固比等化学因素起主导作用。在95～100℃温度下，抽提过程可在30～40min之内完成，提高搅拌强度对抽提有利。%In this paper,the technological parameters of extract which could be classified into chemical，physical and geometrical factors had been studied.The chemical factors,such as the ratio of acid to alkali and of liquid to solid ,play important role.In 95～100℃ extract process could be accomplished within 30～40min.The stronger agitation was beneficial to the extract.
