镗杆在加工过程中很容易发生振动,这就需要减振系统来削弱其影响.减振系统主要由阻尼合金、减振块和阻尼液构成.减振块的质量及安装方式、阻尼液的粘度和粘温特性以及阻尼合金的选用等都会对其减振效果有影响.主要以阻尼合金的消耗因子为研究对象,在ANSYS WORKBENCH下比较在不同的消耗因子下的谐波响应,再对比其谐波响应的峰值.目前阶段得到的结果表明:随着消耗因子不断增大,减振的效果越理想.%It' s easy to vibrate in the boring bar process,the damping system is allowed to reduce the influence.The damping system consist of damping alloy,damping block and damping fluid.The damping block' s mass and installation,and viscosity and viscosity-temperature characteristics of damping fluid,the choice of different alloys will affect damping property of boring bar.The loss factor of the damping alloy as the study subject,it compares the harmonic response and the max value in the ANSYS WORKBENCH at different loss factors. The results obtained at present indicate that the vibration reduction is more ideal with the loss factor increases.
