废弃印刷线路板粉末静电分离装置给料机参数优化

     

摘要

When separating metal and nonmetal material from the powder of printed circuit board scraps with high-voltage electrostatic equipment, it requires that the powder particles can be fed into the separating equipment smoothly. The linear reciprocating electromagnetic vibrating feeder is chosen to feed powder particles. The best moving state of particles should be forward slippage. The physical and mathematical models of particles motion in the feeder are built, the forcing condition and moving condition of particles on the electromagnetic vibrating feeder is analyzed and the extreme amplitude calculating formula is given to guarantee particles slipping forward. The optimizing result shows that selecting larger lead angle and minor vibrating angle and using lower frequency half-wave rectifier circuit can bring about high feeding efficiency, good separating effect and ideal producing ability under the precondition of smooth feeding.%采用高压静电分离装里,对废弃印刷线路板粉末中的金属和非金属进行分离时,要求待分离的粒状物料能够均匀地进入分离装置.选用直线料槽往复式电磁振动给料机进行送料,物料在给料机上的最佳运动状态应当为正向滑移.建立了物料在给料机上的物理模型和数学模型,分析了物料在电磁振动给料机上的受力情况和运动情况,给出了保证物料正向滑移的给料机振幅极限值计算公式.优化结果表明,给料时选取较大的料槽升角和较小的振动角度,并且使用频率较低的半波整流供电方式,可以在均匀给料的前提下获得较高的给料效率、较好的分离效果以及理想的产能.
