电化学去毛刺机床控制系统的设计

         

摘要

根据电化学去毛刺机床的控制要求,引入可编程控制器( PLC)和触摸屏技术,进行了该机床控制系统的设计.包括PLC硬件设计、PLC程序设计、硬件通讯设计、强电回路设计、电解电源控制设计、短路检测设计和页面的组态设计.采用了PLC与触摸屏技术后,控制系统界面友好、工作平稳、操作方便,监控功能变得更为直观.%The reliability of CNC system can be improved by means of programming the plan of CNC system reliability growth experiment. It is an effective measure to save test time, reduce the times of test and decrease the development fund. The reliability growth planning of CNC system is studied in the paper, formulation principles of CNC system reliability growth management strategy is discussed, CNC system failure correction strategy and parameter selecting principles of reliability growth planning are particularly discussed. CNC system reliability ideal growth curve is settled in accordance with the requirement of national machinery industry standard to CNC system reliability, it can guide the conduct of CNC system reliability growth experiment.
