影像测量仪的应用之一是对数控机床加工出来的零件进行测量,确保加工过程的精确性.在影像测量仪的自动寻边系统中,针对影像测量快速准确的要求,对寻边的路径提取和跟踪算法进行了改进.根据边缘线与图像视窗交点的不同情况,采用改进的行列交叉搜索法和切向跟踪法进行边缘路径提取和跟踪.在ubuntu10.04系统下,结合Opencv和C语言开发了整个系统的图像处理软件.实验对比表明,该自动寻边算法具有更高的寻边效率且边缘提取更准确,能为数控机床的加工提供更加精确的数据信息.%One of the applications of image measurement instrument is to measure the parts which are processed by computer numerical control (CNC) machine and make sure the accuracy of the process. To meet the fast and accurate requirement of image measurement in the automatic tracing-edge system of image measurement instrument, the path extraction and tracking algorithm of tracing-edge were improved as followed. The cross-search method and the tangential tracking method were improved to extract and track the edge path, according to the different intersections of the edge line and image window. The image processing software of the whole system was developed with Opencv and C language in the ubuntu 10. 04 system. The comparison shows that this automatic tracing-edge algorithm has higher tracing-edge efficiency and more accurate edge extraction, and can provide more accurate data for the processing of CNC machine.
