高速电主轴热态性能分析及试验研究∗

     

摘要

The three dimensional model of motorized spindle was established and the working state of the high speed condition was simulated by Workbench 14. 0. The temperature rise curve and the steady state temperature field cloud picture of motorized spindle key parts were obtained by taking the motorized spindle of u1000/460VF-31001 as a research object. Then the preheating time of spindle is determined by the tem-perature rise curve. And then its thermal-structural coupling analysis was carried out. Based on the above a-nalysis, the Thermal deformation of spindle was determined. Therefore, the machining accuracy can be en-sured by adopting reasonable error compensation.%对u1000/460 VF-31001型电主轴进行仿真温升试验,得到电主轴系统在高速状态下的稳态温度场云图,并对电主轴进行瞬态热分析,获得主轴关键部位的温升曲线,通过对不同部位的温升曲线进行比较得到主轴的温度变化规律,确定电主轴的预热时间,并进行试验验证。在此基础上进一步对电主轴进行热-结构耦合分析,确定热变形量,从而在加工工件时对加工系统进行合理的误差补偿,保证加工精度。
