针对型面相对简单的直纹叶片采用双面砂带磨削的方式进行加工,并进行磨削实验研究。首先对加工中可控的磨削参数:砂带粒度,带动主动轮运动的电机转速、加工进给速度进行正交实验,通过测量磨削加工后叶片表面的粗糙度值,得到这三个影响因素对加工后叶片表面质量的影响关系;在此基础上对这三个因素进行单因素实验,得到叶片加工后表面粗糙度值随着这三个因素的变化趋势;进一步为叶片加工中磨削参数的选择,工艺优化,提高表面加工质量提供依据。%The ruled blade which has simple profile and little distort was grinded by double-side grinding machine tool and the grinding experiment was carried out for testing the performance of machine in this pa-per. The orthogonal experiments were carried out for grinding parameters, particle size of abrasive belt, mo-tor speed of the driving wheel and feed speed in the process, the result of influence those three factors in-duced was obtained by measuring the grinding blade surface roughness values. On the basis of single factor test, the changed trend was obtained,which is the basis for further blade processing in the selection of grind-ing and process parameters to improve the quality of machining.
