基于ANSYS的LED粘片机偏心轴的设计与分析

     

摘要

受LED粘片机越来越高的速度需求影响,对其动态特性给予了更高的关注,而点浆结构作为其关键结构,其动态特性的好坏将直接影响粘片机的正常工作。文章利用Solidworks软件完成LED粘片机点浆结构的模型建立,并对点浆结构的关键部件进行静力学分析和动力学分析,检验该设计的可行性和合理性。将虚拟样机技术应用到LED粘片机的关键零件设计中,大大缩短了研发周期,减少了研发成本。%Affected by the LED bonding machine is more and more high speed requirement, and the dynam-ic characteristics give more attention, LED slurry structure as the key structure, its dynamic characteristics will directly affect the normal work of bonder. Set up using Solidworks software to complete the LED bond-ing machine pulp structure model, and finish the dynamic simulation analysis of starch structure, test the fea-sibility of this design and rationality. The virtual prototype technology is applied to the design of key parts of LED bonding machine, greatly shorten the development cycle, reduced the cost of research and develop-ment.
