在对加工中心ATC系统进行故障诊断、故障监控和预警及性能测评时,加工中心ATC系统的拔刀力是需要检测的重要特征信号。然而,目前尚无这方面完整的传感器或检测装置,因此研制加工中心ATC系统拔刀力检测装置对加工中心ATC系统的可靠性研究具有非常重要的意义。根据加工中心ATC系统结构的特点,采用电阻应变片式测力传感器,通过在改装刀柄上开孔并采用测力传感器的螺纹柱将改装刀柄固定在一起以及将电路部分放置在刀柄中的方式成功研制出加工中心ATC系统拔刀力检测装置,将检测装置应用于加工中心ATC系统可靠性试验台相关实验中,实验结果表明了加工中心ATC系统的拔刀力检测装置结构合理、信号稳定、精度高,可用于加工中心ATC系统的可靠性提升实验。%When machining centers ATC system fault diagnosis, fault monitoring and performance evalua-tion and early warning, toll-pulling force of machining centers’ ATC system is an important feature of the signal to be detected. However, there is no complete sensor or detection device in this regard, and therefore the development of toll-pullingforce detection deviceof machining centers ATC system has a very important significance for the reliability study of machining centers ATC system. According to the characteristics of the structure about Machining centers ATC system, using force sensor concerning resistancestrain gauges type, by opening hole in modified shanks andfixing modified shanks together using thread column of force sensor and putting circuit part on the modified shanks,successfullydevelopedtoll-pullingforce detection device of ma-chining centers ATC system. Applying detection device to reliability test-bed experiments of machining cen-ters ATC system, the experimental results show that toll-pulling forcedetection device of machining centers’ ATC system is structure-reasonablesignal stability, high precision, and it can be used to enhance the reliabil-ity of the experimentofmachining centersATC system.
