磨料水射流喷嘴结构优化设计∗

     

摘要

the nozzle is the executive part of abrasive water jet machine tool, the quality of its structure pa-rameters directly affect the machining quality and efficiency, this paper starts from the main parameters of the nozzle design several different structure of nozzle, and the establishment of their own physical model, respec-tively, and then the structure of the nozzle flow field analysis, find the best nozzle structure. The research shows that:the greater the import and export ratio, the greater the speed of the jet exit, the larger the particle phase velocity, the abrasive inlet angle has a certain influence on the velocity of the abrasive particles.%为优化喷嘴结构,提高射流加工能力,文章首先从喷嘴的各主要参数入手,设计出几种不同结构的喷嘴,并建立各自的物理模型,然后分别对各喷嘴结构进行流场分析,找到最佳的喷嘴结构。研究表明:进出口比越大,射流出口速度越大,颗粒相速度也越大;磨料入口角度对磨料颗粒速度也有一定影响。
