三维形貌验证砂轮修整在线监测方法研究∗

     

摘要

为保证建立有效的砂轮修整在线监测系统,以达到高效节约地修整砂轮的效果,文章提出了利用砂轮表面三维形貌评价、验证砂轮修整在线监测系统适用性的方法。建立了氧化铝砂轮修整在线监测系统,系统经过学习可用于修整监测,采用激光位移传感器测量修整前后砂轮表面形貌,选用磨粒密度、锋利程度和表面孔隙率等参数表征砂轮表面形貌。结果表明:相同的修整参数下,监测与学习修整所得砂轮表面形貌的特征值差异小于5%;不同修整参数下,修整前后各特征值平均变化范围为8.65%~16.27%,从而表明所建立的砂轮修整在线监测系统的良好适用性。%To ensure the effectiveness of the on-line monitoring system of wheel dressing and then dressing wheel efficiently and economically, In this paper, the method of evaluating the online monitoring system of the dressing of alumina grinding wheel based on acoustic emission is put forward. Firstly, an online monito-ring system of the dressing of grinding wheel was built and after the learn mode it can be applied. The laser displacement sensor was applied to measure thetopography before and after the dressing, then parameters-the density, sharpness of grit and the surface porosity were used to characterize the topography and then evaluate the effect of monitoring system. The feasibility of the online monitoring system of the dressing of grinding wheel was proved by the experiment results- the difference of parameters between after dressing excessively deliberately and that under monitoring was less than 5% and the parameters under different dressing conditions-mainly with different dressing parameters had average difference varied in a scope of 8. 65% ~16. 27%.
