通过电流反馈运放模拟电感实现压电分流阻尼系统

     

摘要

传统的压电分流阻尼系统控制振动一般采用电压反馈运算放大器来实现.为了提高压电分流阻尼系统的控制效果,提出新的基于电流反馈运算放大器的压电分流阻尼系统设计方法.以根部对位粘贴压电陶瓷片的两端固支梁结构为例,根据电流模理论设计了相应的分流电路.针对该结构的第三阶固有频率进行实验研究和分析,通过改变分流电路中的等效电感和等效电阻大小使其获得最佳控制效果,并与传统的基于电压运算放大器的压电分流阻尼系统进行对比.实验结果表明:采用新设计的控制系统抑制振动的效果比传统的控制系统抑制振动的效果提高了约8%.%The traditional piezoelectric shunt damping system usually use the voltage feedback operational amplifier to control structural vibration. In order to improve control performance of the piezoelectric shunt damping system, a new piezoeletric shunt damping system design method is presented based on current feed-back operational amplifier. With an example of clamped-clamped beam bonded piezoelectric patch, the cor-responding shunt circuit is designed according to the theory of current mode. The third natural frequency of the beam is targeted to be controlled, and the experiment research is performed. By adjusting the equivalent inductance and equivalent resistance values of the shunt circuit, the optimal damping of the shunt circuit is obtained. Furthermore, the control performance of the presented circuit is compared to the traditional piezoe-lectric shunt damping system based on voltage operational amplifier. The experimental results show that the control performance of the proposed new piezoelectric shunt damping system is improve 8% than the tradi-tional system.
