摘要

In view of the existing grinding process is done manually, low processing efficiency, processing quality unstable and are not suitable for mass production proposed a new structure device for grinding, float-ing bearing seat structure design is proposed, through the floating structure and universal joint combined ap-plication of imitate human hand adjustment ability, through hydraulic system and up tight bag body quick fastening or loosen the bearing assembly or disassembly operation is completed, simplifying the handling procedure, improves the assembly efficiency.%针对现有研磨工序基本为人工完成,加工效率低,加工质量不稳定且不利于批量生产,提出了一种新结构的研磨装置,提出了浮动轴承座结构设计构思,通过浮动结构及万向节的组合应用模仿人手的调节能力,通过液压系统和涨紧囊体快速紧固或松开轴承完成装配或拆卸操作,简化了装卸程序,提高了装配效率.
