基于小波包变换研究润滑对导轨副振动的影响

         

摘要

为了研究润滑条件对滚动直线导轨副振动特性的影响,文章进行了相关的试验研究.首先,搭建了振动信号采集系统;然后,对三种不同润滑条件下的滚动直线导轨副进行振动信号采集;最后,采用基于小波包信号能量提取算法对采集到的振动信号进行分析处理.从得到的结果中可以看出,滚动直线导轨副在前8个频率带上,振动信号能量随着润滑条件的提高而增大,而在后8个频率带上,振动信号能量随着润滑条件的提高而减小.研究结论发现,可以通过振动信号能量来表征润滑条件,进而通过监测振动信号能量来检测导轨副的润滑状况,这为检测导轨副的健康状况提供了一种新的研究方法.%In order to study the influence of lubrication on the vibration of rolling linear guide pairs, the re-lated experimental research is conducted in this paper. First of all, a vibration signal acquisition system is built. Then, vibration signal of the rolling linear guide pairs under three different lubrication conditions are acquired. Finally, the vibration signal is analyzed and processed by the wavelet packet signal extraction al-gorithm. It can be seen from the results obtained that the vibration signal energy of the rolling linear guide pairs increases with the increase in lubrication conditions on the first eight frequency bands, and then it de-creases as the lubrication conditions increase on the last eight frequency bands. It has been found that lubri-cation conditions can be characterized by vibration signal energy, and then we can detect the lubrication of the rails by monitoring the vibration signal energy, which provides an approach to monitor the health status of the rolling linear guide pairs.
