为提高齿轮加工精度,在对多体系统拓扑结构描述和坐标系建立研究的基础上,将SKMC-3000/20成形磨齿机床砂轮修整系统结构简化为多体系统,用特征矩阵推导出相邻运动体之间的相对位置和姿态.应用齿轮成形磨削原理,分析影响齿轮加工精度的砂轮修整系统误差,建立砂轮修整系统的几何误差模型,提出一种综合误差补偿方案.研究结果为提高数控成形磨齿机砂轮修整精度,减小机床的几何误差提供了理论依据,误差模型具有较强的普遍适应性.%To improve the gear manufacture precision,based on the study of the topology description and co-ordinate system of the multibody system,the structure of the grinding wheel dressing system of SKMC-3000/20 forming grinding machine is simplified into a multibody system and the coordinate transformation matrix be-tween adjacent moving bodies is derived by the characteristic matrix. Based on the principle of gear forming grinding,the error of grinding wheel dressing system is analyzed,Then a mathematical model for geometric error of grinding wheel dressing system is established and a comprehensive error compensation scheme is proposed. The research results will provide a theoretical basis for improving the precision of grinding wheel grinding and reduce the geometric error of the machine tool and the model has general applicability.
