为满足多品种、小批量生产方式的电梯零部件企业对产品制造过程质量可追溯性的需求,在分析了电梯零部件实际生产流程中及其存在的问题的基础上,提出了基于二维码和RFID(无线射频识别)技术的离散产品工序质量数据实时采集以及质量可追溯的方法,并把批次管理的思想引入车间的工序控制中,构建了一种新的电梯零部件生产流程管理和质量追溯模式.在此基础上,设计开发了基于RFID和二维码技术的系统模型,并在某企业得到成功运用,实现了产品的实时跟踪与质量追溯.%In order to meet the demand of product quality traceability in Product manufacturing process for many varieties and small batch production mode of the elevator component enterprises, After analyzing the problems in the actual production process of elevator component,This paper presents a method for real-time data acquisition and quality traceability of discrete product process quality data based on two-dimensional code and RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) technology.
