中医辨证治疗支气管扩张症的研究现状与探析

摘要

Bronchiectasis is a common chronic disease in the respiratory system.Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) treatment has unique effects on bronchiectasis treatment.By collecting published literatures on TCM treatment of bronchiectasis in recent years,summation was made on medication characteristics,including staging,syndrome differentiation and treatment,yin-nourishing or yang-warming during stabilized phase,as well as medication dosage.This study was aimed to explore the issue of how to improve the quality of TCM randomized controlled trial (RCT),individualized clinical trial method,and etc.,in order to improve the clinical research level of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment for bronchiectasis.%支气管扩张症是呼吸系统常见的慢性疾病,中医治疗具有独到的疗效.本文通过搜索近年来关于中医治疗支气管扩张症的文献,总结其用药特色,包括分期、分型治疗,稳定期中重用养阴抑或温阳的各家学说,以及用药剂量的特点等,探讨如何提高中药随机对照试验的质量,尝试个体化的临床试验方法等,以期提高中医辨证治疗支气管扩张症的临床研究水平.
