探讨鼻空肠管早期肠内营养联合肠屏障保护剂应用于急性重症胰腺炎（SAP）患者的治疗与护理。入组62例SAP患者随机分为常规治疗组（A组）、鼻空肠管早期给予肠内营养组（B组）、，加用肠屏障保护剂的强化肠内营养组（C组）。观察症状和体征、生化指标恢复正常的时间，血清白蛋白差值以及3组住院时间及总住院费用。早期启动肠内营养的患者症状、体征、生化指标恢复正常的时间、血清白蛋白、住院时间、住院费用等均优于对照组；加用肠道屏障保护剂治疗的患者恢复时间更短，差异均有统计学意义；B,C两组的住院时间短于A组，住院费用少亦于A组，差异有统计学意义。应用鼻空肠管对SAP患者进行早期肠内营养联合肠屏障保护剂，可以改善患者的营养状况，促进早日恢复，缩短病程，减少总住院费用。%Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of early enteral nutrition and intestine barrier protective agen on severe acute pancreatitis (SAP).Methods 62 patients with severe acute pancreatitis were randomly divided into group A, group B, and group C .Patients in the group A were given conventional therapy, patients in the group B were given enteral nutrition by nasogastric feeding, patients in the group C were given enteral nutrition and intestine barrier protective agen by nasogastric feeding, The recovery time of symptom, physical sign , laboratory examina-tion, the change of body weight and serum- albumin, and the length of stay and the whole cost of hospitalization were compared between groups. Results there were significantly differences between A and B、C groups in the recovery time of symptom, physical sign and laboratory examina-tion , the cost of hospitalization and the length tine of symptom, physical sign and laboratory examination ,the cost of hospitalization and the length of stay (P<0.05). Significantly differences can be seen between B and C group in the recovery time of C- reactive Protein and White Blood Cell(P<0.05).And we also found significantly differences between A and B、C groups in the length of stay and the whole cost of hospital-ization(P<0.05) Conclusions Early enteral nutrition and intestine barrier protective agen on treatment of severe acute pancreatitis can improve the patients’nutriture, recovery, shorten lengh of stay and reduce the hospitalization cost.
