高密度聚乙烯自粘胶膜防水卷材在地铁中的应用

摘要

In a certain section of a metro, high-density polyethylene self- adhesive film waterproof roll membrane was used firstly in test section construction. Taking the waterproof practice in the metro construction as an example, the characteristics of high-density polyethylene self- adhesive film waterproof membrane, construction methods, work flow, main points, the environment and precautions are elaborated. EVA waterproof boards under the same conditions are used to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of high density polyethylene sell-adhesive film waterproof membrane in the process of the metro project, and the problems in the construction process for the prevention measures. The waterproof quality and effects ensures the metro project.%通过某地铁区间首次使用高密度聚乙烯自粘胶膜防水巷材防水施工实例，对高密度聚乙烯自粘胶膜的特点、施工方法、流程、要点、使用环境及注意事项做了详尽阐述；通过与同一条件下使用的EVA防水板作比较，分析了高密度聚乙烯自粘胶膜防水卷材在地铁工程应用过程中存在的优缺点，并对其在施工过程中存在的问题提出了预防措施，保证了地铁工程的防水质量和效果。
