天津工业遗产保护与再利用的规划策略

摘要

This paper demonstrates the unavoidable problems in the protection and reuse of industrial heritage, which happen in many cities of China. The absence of the cooperation of integrity and particularity is the key to the problems. The paper puts forward a planning strategy with the interaction of integrity and particularity, which includes four sub-strategies. The first two sub-strategies are the estimation of industrial architecture value and subdivision of regeneration, which focus on the particularity of architectures. And the last two sub-strategies are suggestions of re-use of industrial heritage, and the evaluation of effects on relevant planning.%天津作为北方近现代最重要的工业城市之一，保存了大量工业文明的积淀，但是与中国许多老工业城市一样，天津在工业遗产保护与再利用中面临很多问题，究其原因，缺乏整体与个体的统一协调是根本原因。本文重点介绍在天津工业遗产保护与再利用规划策略中如何突出整体与个体统一协调性，包括强调工业建构筑物个体性的本体价值评估、本体保护与更新方式，强调工业遗产整体性的保护与再利用，以及对相关规划的影响。
