西秦岭隧道TBM掘进同步衬砌技术

     

摘要

The newly built West Qinling tunnel of Lanzhou-Chongqing railway is the key project of the whole line. To assure realizing the overall construction goals, it was demanded to adopt synchronized lining with TBM driving and continuous conveyor belt mucking. The paper introduces the special design of the full-face hydraulic jumho for tunnel lining that provides space for track transport, continuous conveyor belt and vent pipe as well as other pipelines to traverse. With the help of synchronic lining technology and scientific transportation organization, the project realized synchronic operation of TBM driving and lining with working safety and construction progress satisfied.%新建兰渝铁路西秦岭隧道是全线咽喉控制性工程,为确保全线总体施工目标,要求采用在TBM掘进及连续皮带机出碴工况下同步衬砌的施工方法.文章重点介绍了通过全断面液压衬砌台车的特殊设计,为有轨运输、连续皮带机、通风管及其它管线穿越提供空间的关键技术;由于实施了同步衬砌的施工技术及科学的运输组织,达到了TBM掘进、衬砌真正意义上的同步作业,互不影响,确保了工程安全、质量,满足了施工进度要求.
