文章以青岛地铁2号线为研究对象,研究分析了影响双护盾TBM掘进效率的地质因素以及青岛地铁区间隧道双护盾TBM的地质适应性。研究结果及双护盾TBM实际掘进效率分析结果表明,就围岩的抗压强度、完整性、耐磨性等指标来说,青岛地铁隧道工程比较适合于采用双护盾TBM掘进技术。基于施工实践,文章针对软弱围岩条件下的双护盾TBM掘进作业提出了改良建议。%Using the Qingdao Metro Line 2 as an example, this paper researches the geological factors affecting double-shield TBM tunnelling efficiency and its relevant geological adaptability for metro tunnels. The results show that the double-shield TBM is suitable for the tunnelling of the Qingdao Metro considering the compressive strength, intactness and abrasive resistance of the surrounding rock. Some suggestions are given for double-shield TBM tunnelling in soft rock.
