密闭式油品酸值自动测定仪研制

摘要

According to the determination characteristics of oil acid number, a hermetic automatic acid number analyzer for oils is designed. The potentiometric titration is used in test progress. The analyzer system consists of the host machine, sample exchanger and control software. The development process integrates relative techniques. The host machine of analyzer is capable of small volume precision dosing and metering as well as data transmission and processing. There are 12 sample position in the sample exchanger and automatically cap/uncap to the sample cups. The titration process is controlled by software according to procedure of GB/T 7304 standard method. The whole process of determination is completely hermetic with relative deviation less than 2.8%. The result of the method is consistent with that of manual method specified in GB/T 7304.%根据油品酸值测定的特点，设计并定制了一种密闭式油品酸值自动测定仪，测量采用电位滴定法，由主机、样品交换器及控制软件构成。自主研制与消化吸收相结合，主机包含精密小体积加液与计量，负责数据传递与处理;样品交换器可同时盏放12个样品杯，按要求自动去盖加盖;滴定过程由软件控制，按照GB/T 7304方法规范执行程序，测定全过程密闭运行，测定结果相对偏差不大于2.8％，该方法与GB/T 7304方法手工结果具有较好的一致性。
