全自动脂肪酸值测定仪的研制

摘要

针对粮食脂肪酸值检测的过程自动化、批量检测、信息化的需要,设计了全自动脂肪酸值测定仪,运用自动控制技术实现进样、移液、加液、滴定和清洗的连续作业自动化,达到脂肪酸值的快速批量检测.该仪器的开发将减少整个检测过程中检验人员的工作量和劳动强度,提高检测效率,并采用射频技术满足实验室管理信息化的需求,具有广阔的市场应用前景.%According to the need of process automation,batch detection and informatization in the determination of grain fatty acid value,a full-automatic instrument for determination of fatty acid value was designed,by use of automatic control technology to realize continuous operation automation of sampling,transferring of the liquor,titration,cleaning,and rapid batch detection of fatty acid value.The development of the instrument will reduce the workload and labor intensity of the whole inspection process,improve the detection efficiency,and using radio frequency technology to meet the needs of laboratory management intormatization,that will have great market prospects.
