脉冲安培检测-离子色谱法测定牛奶中的微量碘离子

         

摘要

A method is developed for the determination of micro amounts of iodide in dairy products by ion chromatography with pulsed amperometric detector.The dilute HNO3 solution was used as eluent and hydroxide column IonPac AS11 was selected .In the range of 0.005~0.1 mg/L, the concentration of iodide was linear with it's peak area, and the regression equation was Y=0.1112X-0.2490; r=0.9993.The RSDs of peak area and retention time were 0.971% and 0.145%The detection limit of iodide was 0.02μg/L,The pulsed amperometric detector was used in the determination of micro amounts of iodide ( < 100μg/L) in dairy samples, and a recovery of 89.08 % is achieved.%以硝酸作淋洗液,选用亲水性较强的ASI 1分离柱,脉冲安培检测的方式测定了日常食用的鲜牛奶中的微量腆离子.在0.005~1.0 mg/L范围内,碘离子的浓度X与对应的色谱峰面积Y呈良好的线性关系,碘离子的线性方程为:Y=0.1112X-0.2490;r=0.9993;峰面积和保留时间的RSD值分别为0.971%和0.145%.检出限为0.02 μg/L,选用脉冲安培检测法测定了牛扔中低于100 μg/L的微童碘,回收率大于89.08 %.
