MTS809材料试验系统改造与扩展

         

摘要

基于电液伺服技术的材料或结构试验系统主要由四个子系统组成:机械-动力(源)子系统、传感-伺服(阀)子系统、采集-控制(器)子系统、温度-环境(箱)子系统。先进的材料试验系统的更新换代主要体现在控制系统的更新上。MTS809是典型的拉扭组合材料试验系统,原采用的是模拟控制技术,因时间久远,其控制部分现已不能正常使用。试验系统的功能主要由控制系统和液压夹具等附件实现,由于原设备并未配备通用液压夹具,其试验功能受到限制。针对这两个问题,设计和实施了MTS809材料试验系统的升级改造及其功能扩展项目,项目内容包括配置全数字控制系统、多功能液压夹具和直线作动器。实践表明:新配置的数字控制系统具有较高的控制精度,操作简便;INSTRON液压夹具功能齐全;直线作动器可进行小型结构试验,拓展了材料试验系统功能。%Material testing system based on the Electro-Hydraulic servo technology consists of four main subsystems: machinery-power subsystem, sensing-servo subsystem, acquisition-control subsystem, the temperature-environment subsystem. Advanced materials testing system has a very short update cycle, it mainly reflects in the upgrading of the control system. MTS809 is a typical pull and torsion material testing system, which uses an outdated analog control technology, and the control part has not worked The realization of the test system functions depends mainly on the control system and hydraulic chucks and accessories. But the old MTS809 was not equipped with a universal multifunctional chuck. For these two issues, we designed and carried out the renovation and expansion of the MTS809, including the configuration of the digital control system, multi-function hydraulic chuck, and the straight-line actuator. Practice showed that: the new digital control system has a high control precision, easy to operate; INSTRON hydraulic chuck is fully functional; Straight line actuator can do some structural test to expand the MTS809's functions.
