微球膨胀材料改性聚丙烯收缩率的研究

         

摘要

The low shrinkage material was prepared by blending polypropylene (PP) and microsphere expansive material which was prepared by linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) and microsphere expansive agent. The effect of the addition of the microsphere expansive material on mechanical property and dimensional stability of the blended system was studied. The results show that the addition of microsphere expansive material greatly reduces the mold shrinkage, and the properties of blend stability is kept.%选用线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)和微球膨胀剂制备出微球膨胀材料,与聚丙烯(PP)共混制备低收缩材料.研究了微球膨胀材料的加入对共混体系的力学性能、尺寸稳定性的影响.研究表明,微球膨胀材料的加入大幅度降低了制品的成型收缩率,同时保证了共混体系力学性能的稳定.
