基于正交试验法的注塑件工艺参数多目标优化

     

摘要

从生产实际出发,基于正交试验法和采用Moldflow软件,对不同工艺条件下的塑件成型过程进行模拟分析,最后运用多目标综合平衡法,对塑件成型后的顶出体积收缩率、翘曲变形量和浇口注射压力进行综合评判,确定最优的注射工艺参数组合方案.在此基础上改进模具设计,并对该工艺方案进行生产验证,实际证明与工艺优化前对比效果明显.%Based on the actual production, orthogonal experimental method and Moldflow software, the simulation of the molding process under different process conditions was analysed, and then a comprehensive judgment on the volume shrinkage ratio, warpage value and injection pressure was made by way of the multi-objective balancing method,and the optimal injection process parameters were determined finally. Then the mold design was improved, and technics project was tested by production. The test result proves that the new design is obviously better than that of unoptimization process.
