Mtwo、Pro-Taper和K3镍钛器械在磨牙根管预备中的临床应用比较

         

摘要

目的 探讨Mtwo、Pro-Taper和K3镍钛器械在磨牙根管预备中的临床应用效果.方法 选取我院2018年5~11月行根管治疗的60例患者(60颗磨牙)作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为M组、P组和K组,每组20例,分别采取Mtwo、Pro-Taper和K3系统进行根管预备.比较3组患者根管预备时间、工作长度变化、根管充填效果、根管弯曲度以及术后1周的疼痛程度.结果 K组、P组根管预备时间显著长于M组(P<0.05),K组根管预备时间显著长于P组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05); M组、K组根管预备前后根管弯曲度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),P组根管预备后根管弯曲度显著低于根管预备前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05); 3组根管充填效果和术后1周疼痛程度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 Mtwo、Pro-Taper和K3镍钛器械在轻度弯曲根管预备中的临床效果相当,但Mtwo的预备时间较短.%Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Mtwo, Pro-Taper and K3 nickel-titanium instruments in root canal preparation of molars. Methods Selected 60 patients (60 molars) who received root canal therapy in our hospital from May to Nov in 2018 as study subjects, according to random number table method the patients were divided into group M, group P and group K, 20 cases in each group, the canal was prepared by Mtwo instruments, K3 instruments and Pro-Taper instruments, respectively. The root canal preparation time, working length change, root canal filling effect, root canal curvature and pain degree one week after operation were compared among the three groups. Results The root canal preparation time in group K and group P was significantly longer than that in group M (P<0.05). The root canal preparation time in group K was significantly longer than that in group P, the difference was significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in root canal curvature between group M and group K before and after root canal preparation (P>0.05). The root canal curvature after root canal preparation in group P was significantly lower than that before root canal preparation, the difference was significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the effect of root canal filling and the degree of pain one week after operation among the three groups (P>0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of Mtwo, Pro-Taper and K3 instruments in root canal preparation with mild curvature are comparable, but the preparation time of Mtwo is short.
