Objective To investigate the value of the high frequency color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of super-ficial tissue masses. Methods Totally 84 cases with superficial tissue masses were examined by ultrasound and confirmed by surgery or biopsy pathology. Results There were 78 cases of benign masses, most of which were lipoma, epidermoid cyst,the negative predictive value was 99%. There were 6 cases of malignant masses ,the positive predictive value was 100%. 15 cases were misdiagnosed,the diagnostic accordance rate was 82.1%. Conclusion The high frequency color doppler ultrasound is highly valuable in the diagnosis of some common diseases, such as lipoma, epidermoid cyst ,which is charactered in the imagings. Ultrasonography can be used as the preferred method of the diagnosis of superficial tissue masses. However, superficial tissue masses show no specific features on ultrasonography, because of the complex ingredients. Therefore, it's hard to provide patho-logical diagnosis.%目的：探讨高频彩超在浅表软组织肿块诊断中的应用价值。方法对84例浅表软组织肿块行超声检查，全部病例经穿刺活检或手术获得病理诊断。结果84例肿块中，彩超判定为良性的78例，大部分是脂肪瘤、皮脂腺囊肿等，误诊1例，阴性预测值为99%，超声判定为恶性6例，阳性预测值为100%。超声误诊15例，诊断符合率为82.1%。结论一些常见疾病如脂肪瘤、表皮样囊肿等声像图各有其特点，高频彩超可对临床诊断提供较可靠的诊断依据，是诊断浅表组织肿块的首选方法。但浅表软组织肿块成分来源复杂，其声像图表现往往缺乏特征性，病理诊断较困难。
