关节镜下微骨折术联合富血小板血浆局部注射治疗膝关节软骨缺损

摘要

Objective To explore the method and effect of arthroscopic microfracture and local injection of platelet-rich plasma for the treatment of cartilage injury of knee joint. Methods 33 cases of cartilage injury of knee joint selected from Feb 2009 to Oct 2012 were treated by arthroscopic microfracture and local injection of platelet-rich plasma. Results All patients were followed up for 9~25 (mean 14) months, the mean visual analogue score decreased from 6.7 preoperative to 2.1 postopera-tive. According to Lysholm knee evaluation system, the mean scores improved from 43.8 preoperative to 82.7 postoperative. Conclusion It is safe and effective for arthroscopic microfracture and local injection of platelet-rich plasma on the treatment of cartilage injury of knee joint. It can alleviate pain and improve the function of knee joint.%目的：探讨关节镜下微骨折术联合富血小板血浆局部注射治疗膝关节软骨缺损的方法和疗效。方法选择2009年2月~2012年10月33例膝关节软骨损伤患者，采用关节镜下微骨折术联合富血小板血浆关节腔内局部注射治疗。结果所有患者经过平均14（9~25）个月的随访，膝关节疼痛视觉模拟评分从平均术前6.7分降至术后2.1分，Lysholm膝关节评分由平均术前43.8分提高至术后82.7分。结论关节镜下微骨折术联合富血小板血浆局部注射操作简单、疗效可靠，是治疗膝关节软骨缺损安全、有效的方法。
