Objective To compare and analyze the clinical effect and safety of two different methods for patients with moderate myopia. Methods 78 cases(154 eyes) with moderate myopia in our hospital from Mar 2012 to Mar 2014 were treat-ed, orthokeratology group included 38 patients(74 eyes), glasses group included 40 patients (80 eyes). Both groups were fol-lowed up for 18 months to observe the naked vision, corneal curvature, diopter, axial length and abnormal conditions, and compared the efficacy and safety of glasses and orthokeratology lens, according to the results of review. Results The naked vision of the orthokeratology group at the first day, the first week, and the first, twelfth, eighteenth month gradually improved, significantly better than that of glasses group. The diopter growth of the orthokeratology group was significantly less than that of the glasses group after 18 months. The vertial and horizontal corneal curvature of the two groups had relatively significant differ-ences after 18 months (P<0.05 ). Conclusion Orthokeratology has better clinical effect and safety. It can be used as a reli-able method for the treatment of moderate myopia.%目的：采用两种不同方法（框架眼镜和角膜塑形镜）治疗中度近视，并对其临床疗效以及安全性进行比较和分析。方法选取我院2012年3月~2014年3月收治的中度近视患者共78例（154眼），其中角膜塑形镜组38例（74眼），框架镜组40例（80眼），两组经治疗随访18个月后复查裸眼视力、角膜曲率、屈光度、眼轴长度及异常状况等，并根据复查结果比较框架眼镜和角膜塑形镜的疗效和安全性。结果角膜塑形镜组戴镜第1天，第1周，第1、12、18个月的裸眼视力逐渐提升，明显优于框架镜组；角膜塑形镜组戴镜18个月的屈光度增长明显少于框架镜组；两组戴镜前及戴镜后18个月的垂直角膜曲率和水平角膜曲率比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组戴镜后18个月平均垂直角膜曲率和平均水平角膜曲率比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论角膜塑形镜的临床疗效显著、安全性较好，可作为治疗中高度近视的可靠方法。
