Objective To investigate short-term effects of orthokeratology lens and frame glasses in treatment of juvenile myopia in order to provide reference for the improvement of visual acuity in teenagers with myopia.Methods Sixty-four teenagers with myopia who were treated in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2014 were enrolled in the study,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 34 cases in each group.The patients in control group were trated by wearing frame glasses,however,the patients in observation group were treated by wearing orthokeratology lens,then the naked eye visual acuity, diopter,corneal curvature and axis oculi length were observed and compared between two groups.Results After treatment the naked eye visual acuity in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the changes of naked visual acuity in control group before and after treatment (P>0.05),moreover, there were no significant differences in the changes of axial length in observation group before and after treatment (P>0.05),however,after treatment, the diopter in control group was significantly higher than that in observation group and that before treatment (P<0.05).After treatment the corneal curvature in observation group was significantly decreased (P<0.05),however,which in control group was significantly increased (P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the changes of axis oculi length in observation group before and after treatment (P>0.05),however, the axis oculi length in control group was significantly higher than that in observation group and that before treatment (P<0.05).Conclusion As compared with frame glasses,the orthokeratology lens has obvious therapeutic effects on juvenile myopia,which can effectively control the development of myopia, without serious adverse reactions,therefor,which should be paid much attention to in clinical practice.%目的 探讨角膜塑形镜和框架眼镜治疗青少年近视眼的近期疗效,为改善青少年近视眼患者视力提供参考依据.方法 选择2013年1月至2014年12月收治的64例近视眼患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组34例.对照组给予佩戴框架眼镜,观察组给予佩戴角膜塑形镜,比较2组患者裸眼视力、屈光度、角膜曲率及眼轴长度.结果 观察组佩戴后裸眼视力显著高于对照组(P<0.05);对照组佩戴前后裸眼视力变化差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组佩戴前后屈光度变化差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),对照组佩戴后屈光度显著高于观察组及佩戴前(P<0.05);观察组佩戴后角膜曲率显著降低(P<0.05);对照组佩戴后角膜曲率显著升高(P<0.05);观察组佩戴前后眼轴长度变化差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组佩戴后眼轴长度显著高于观察组及佩戴前(P<0.05).结论 与框架眼镜比较,角膜塑形镜治疗青少年近视眼效果显著,有效控制了近视的发展,且无严重不良反应的发生,值得临床重视.
