基于AutoCAD的钢制轮辋滚压模具参数化设计

摘要

In order to realize the rapid design of roller mould in the auto steel rim,a secondary development of AutoCAD2010 using the c # programming language has been conducted in light of reverse engineering.According to reverse engineering,the system can get the parameters of the wheel entity;or according to car steel rim model of the state standard,the system can generate steel rim rolling die drawings quickly.It can improve the car wheel production enterprise efficiency and reduce product development cycle.%为了实现汽车钢制轮辋滚压模具的快速设计,结合反求工程的思想,基于参数化设计方法,使用C#编程语言对AutoCAD2010进行了二次开发。该系统能够根据反求工程采集的车轮实体的参数或者根据国家标准中汽车钢制轮辋型号快速生成钢制轮辋滚压模具图纸,提高汽车车轮生产企业的研发效率,缩短产品开发周期。
