This paper mainly analyzes the influence of water leakage, oil leakage and pressure ring protective sheath water leakage fault causes as the running environment and equipment structure itself two aspects. The improved device structure, effectively eliminating the pressure ring water leakage oil leakage and water leakage fault protective sleeve, reduces ore furnace downtime, brings good economic benefits.%本文主要分析了影响压力环漏水、漏油及保护套漏水故障引起原因为运行环境及设备本身结构两大方面。通过对设备结构进行改进，有效的消除了压力环漏水漏油及保护套漏水故障，减少了矿热炉停机时间，带来了良好的经济效益。
