电站锅炉文氏管减温器检查孔端盖失效原因分析

摘要

本文通过金相、扫描电镜，并辅以视频内窥镜检验加以验证，对某热电厂夹套式文氏管减温器检查孔泄漏原因进行分析，总结了文氏管减温器的失效原因及对该类减温器检验中应采取的措施和方法。%Through metallographic , SEM , and supplemented by video endoscopic inspection to verify , this paper carries on the analysis to a power plant jacket type venturi desuperheaters inspection hole leakage, summarizes the reasons of Desuperheater venturi tube failure and the measures that should be taken .
