液压缸内泄漏复合检测系统的研究

摘要

液压缸的泄漏会引起系统控制特性恶化，达不到正常控制精度与运行速度，直接影响工程机械的正常工作性能和使用寿命。本文在分析液压缸泄露原因及诊断方法的基础上，设计了一套以 PLC为控制器，融合量杯检测、流量计检测及光电传感器检测的三位一体式复合检测系统，实现对不同泄漏量的油缸检测。实验表明该系统测量过程简捷、快速，测量结果可靠性高。%Hydraulic cylinder internal leakage will cause deterioration of system control characteristics , which makes hydraulic cylinder not reach the normal control accuracy and speed of operation . In the paper , a detection system is designed based on the analysis of hydraulic cylinder leakage and diagnosis methods . The controller of the system is PLC . And at the same time , the detection system is also integrated flowmeter and photoelectric sensor . Experiment shows that the system is simple and the measurement results have high reliability .
