天线铆接装配工艺优化系统研究与开发

         

摘要

Sheet metal is very prone to deformation , which is caused by riveting impact , this paper aims at providing a platform to guide the assembly of double curved reflector with abundant rivets . Combined with the hyperbolic plane antenna size deviation calculation method , in the direction of the riveting as the research object , put forward the riveting assembly technology of the genetic algorithm based on optimization method and with the help of VS2010 as the platform for the development of sheet metal assembly process optimization system , provide a simple-to-use software for the cooperation unit .%针对由长短筋板、弯角件等金属薄壁件通过大量铆钉连接而成的双曲面天线部装在铆接装配中易受铆接冲击变形的情况,本文提出一种铆接装配工艺优化方法。结合双曲面天线尺寸偏差计算方法,以铆接方向为研究对象,提出基于遗传算法的铆接装配工艺优化方法,并以 VS2010为平台开发天线铆接装配工艺优化系统。
