Reasonable tolerance allocation is the key to reduce the production costs and ensure the product performance. Used the chaotic algorithm to initialize the individuals of the Alopex algorithm,and then improved the annealing temperature based on the degree of population diversity. The modified Alopex algorithm is proposed based above two points. Secondly, try to optimize the tolerance allocation problem based on the proposed algorithm. Finally,the comparison of performance between the proposed algorithm and genetic algorithm is given by the optimization design of a knuckle joint assembly,the optimization results show that the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.%合理的公差分配是降低生产成本和保证产品性能的关键.首先将混沌算法引入到Alopex算法的初始化过程,然后基于群体差异度对退火温度进行了改进,提出了改进的Alopex算法.其次,尝试将所提出的算法用于求解公差分配优化问题.最后将改进的Alopex算法与遗传算法在铰链装配组件的公差设计问题上进行了性能比较,优化结果表明了改进的Alopex算法的有效性.
